Great wine to try with caramelised onion tart or a quality pt . It’s an aromatic wine (helped along with a splash of Sauvignon Blanc) with hints of orange blossom and candied citrus fruits. Something completely different from the likes of Chardonnay, this is an engaging wine with a vibrant finish.
