How do I place an order?

Is there a minimum order?

There is currently no minimum order.

Are there any discounts?

Orders over £135 qualify for a 10% discount!

Can I arrange for repeat orders?

We are currently in the process of developing a subscription based membership for our loyal customers. Please contact 01458 29 30 31 and we would be happy to discuss your requirements with you.

How can I pay?

Shop – All payment methods are accepted in our store, pop in we would love to see you!

Online – You can pay once you have added items to the checkout. We accept all major credit card types, or alternatively we can take payment over the the phone. 

I’m not sure what to order, can I get some advice?

How much does delivery cost?

We can delivery anywhere in the UK. Standard delivery is charged at £12.50. An additional charge may apply to some addresses on the Scottish mainland, Islands and Isle of Man. For deliveries to the Channel Islands and Scilly Isles.

What is the standard delivery time?

Delivery is guaranteed up to 5 working days. Usual delivery time is within 2 days of your order. Standard Delivery is available Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

Can I order from overseas?

Unfortunately due to the current complexity of sending orders abroad, we have decided not to continue shipping goods abroad.

What happens if I’m out during delivery?

You can leave delivery instructions when placing an order by phone. If there are no instructions, the courier will leave a card for you to rearrange delivery.

My order has been damaged, or I’m unsatisfied with delivery?
