Temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel preserves all the fresh fruitiness of this young Ros. Packed with cherry, redcurrant and raspberry flavours, its bound together with a refreshing lick of acidity on the finish. A delicious Catalan Ros from organic pioneers at Albet i Noya.
