Barone Pizzini Franciacorta Rosé

Description

An awarding-winning organic Franciacorta Rosé made from grapes grown in vineyards next to the woods. A blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, this sparkling rosé has notes of dried fruit and jam. On the palate it is soft and fresh. Aged for six months in stainless steel tanks followed by 30-40 months on the lees, adding rich flavour and acidity. This elegant organic Franciacorta Rosé adapts to many combinations, ideal with introductory dishes, fish, white meats and cheeses.
