Description

Once thought to be extinct, the Pecorino grape is particularly grown in the central Italian Marche area, and through its increasing popularity it is now spreading wider. Pale straw coloured, the nose is intense with broom, nuts and pear aromas. On the palate there’s bountiful and rich flavours of apple, melon and citrus fruit rind. There’s lots to enjoy here from this fine native, biodynamic Pecorino.
