Blended from selected Grenache and Caladoc grapes it captures the mood of the Mediterranean climate. The Caladoc grape is a cross between Grenache and Malbec. The marriage with Grenache works well delivering a characterful Ros hinting at wild strawberries with a whisper of wild herb and spice. Dry and crisp it will be at home with lighter food or simply enjoyed as an ap ritif.
