Typically light in colour with smooth cherry fruit, sweet vanilla and supple tannins to balance. Hens, geese and alpacas roam and patrol the vineyards. The vitality of the surroundings imbue this fine 100% Pinot Noir with its own sense of vibrancy. Beautifully aromatic offering a medley of red summer berry fruit, dark cherry, plum and floral violet notes. Subtle hints of vanilla and spice add to the intrigue. Delightfully fresh, deftly textured and persistent. Ideal with fish and shellfish cooked with creamy sauces. Also pairs well with roasted vegetables such as aubergine, and is an excellent accompaniment to sushi!
