Description
It has arrived, our first Prosecco Ros! Crisp and summery it is made from 90% traditional Glera grapes and 10% Pinot Noir, giving the colour and delicious red fruit flavours. The Italian regulating bodies demand that the wine must be made from a single harvest to produce a vintage wine, with 60 days of slow fermentation to increase complexity. Delicate, clean and dry, but not too dry. Giol have worked their magic once again, with this new addition to their range of Prosecco offerings.
