This Pinot Blanc (70%) and Auxerrois (30%) blend is a perfect example of what makes Alsatian wines amazing. The wine has brilliant flavours of summer orchard fruits, highly concentrated and easy for even novice palates to detect. The scent is light and floral, with refreshing acidity in the backbone.
