Description
Pinard VSOP is aged for a minimum of 6 years and this substantial age gives it great complexity and a soft finish.The Pinard family has farmed 17 hectares of organic vineyards around the village of Foussignac near Jarnac since 1969. Ugni blanc, colombard and folle blanche are used. The former is the principal grape variety, whilst the tricky-to-grow folle blanche adds a lovely floral character.
