A blend of Carmenere, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon that is the biodynamic flagship wine Emiliana Orgnico. It has an inviting black fruit, truffle and spice nose and the palate is velvety smooth with blackcurrant and plum fruit and well-integrated tannins. Full-bodied wine that does taste best with food. This wine is considered the maximum expression of Emiliana’s biodynamic agriculture where the energy of the cosmos, earth and man gets together. Its name comes from the Greek word for earth.
