Hedonistic wine made from 50% Malbec, 45% Syrah and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. Extremely rich and full-bodied, yet wonderfully smooth.. One of the key factors for a vineyard in Argentina is the altitude, and the Bousquet vines sit at 1,200 metres above sea level. This means the vines get the full benefit of the South American sun during the day, but the temperatures drop quickly at night, which maintains the acidity in the grapes, increases the aromatics, and prevents the fruit flavours from becoming too “jammy”.
