Gibson Elderberry Liqueur 35cl

Description

Small scale artisan liqueur making in the Cotswolds. Elder is sourced from hedgerows on the organic land. Elderberries have very high vitamin C content and are also high in antioxidants and make a rich, deeply fruity liqueur too. Makes for a great alternative to Port, and apparently very good with blue cheese. A great ingredient in cocktails as well.
