Description

A delicate dry, saline, sherry-style wine made from Pedro Ximenez grapes in southern Spain. The perfect tapas wine. Aged in a series of barrels (criaderas) for two or more years, this is a fresh and fruity aperitif wine, which will pair superbly well with cheese, nuts or olives. Serve chilled in a wine glass.
