Description
Dunkertons cider is made using a traditional press and mill and following traditional cider-making methods. But, instead of using apples for the cider, this vintage is brewed with Perry Pears. The result is a cider that is lighter than the typical apple vintages, with delicate fragrances that are brought out when chilled. It’s lightly sweetened, making it easier on the palate than the more heavily sugared apple ciders. It won Gold Medal in the International Cider Challenge in 2017. Dunkertons Perry is fragrant and delicate and should be served lightly chilled.
