This fresh and vibrant white has all the clean fruit character you’d expect from Bodegas Latue. Soft and generous on the palate, it offers notes of tropical fruit, ripe banana and just a hint of almond. Airén is one of the most widely planted grape varieties in the world, and in Spain it thrives in the vast central region of La Mancha. Often used in blends to accompany more acidic varieties, here it shows plenty of character in its own right, with an easy, approachable style and plenty of charm. A great match for white meats, pasta, tapas, fish and risotto.
