Traditional “house” cuve created back in 1955 by Robert Fleury. 100% Pinot Noir from 25 year old vines, it’s carefully blended from several vintages to maintain it’s high quality level. Superb! Presented in a wooden gift box. Full of exquisite plum and raspberry fruit it is a Champagne that enchants the senses with its poise and finesse. The elegant mousse lends a touch of creaminess to the mid-palate texture. Dry, with excellent depth and concentration it makes a great aperitif choice but also has the intensity of flavour to match lighter fish and white meat dishes.
