Best known for its biodynamic, Merlot-led reds, Château Couronneau also produces a brilliant white Bordeaux. A blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sauvignon Gris, the fruit undergoes a long maceration followed by cool fermentation, a process that locks in freshness while building texture and intensity. The result is a  characterful white – flinty, citrus-edged and gently aromatic, with real energy and focus on the finish. Perfect now with shellfish, grilled fish or spring veg.
