Description

Made from 100% organic grapes grown 1,200 metres above sea level and bottle-aged for 4 months, this is a classic example of Mendoza’s quality reds. The colour is a beautifully intense purple, with just a hint of red. The nose is heavy with mild spices and red fruits, and the wine has elegant flavours of cherry, blackcurrant, and minerals. The acidity keeps the wine refreshing with every sip, and you get hints of tobacco, black pepper, and ripe fruits on the palate. The tannins are structured and the end is long, producing one amazing Cabernet!
