Description
This vintage comes from renowned vintner Jean Bousquet, a practitioner of minimal intervention winemaking. From his high quality grapes to his idyllic location at 1,200 meters above sea level, to the fresh air and rocky soil of Mendoza, Argentina, conditions are perfect to make a natural, organic wine without the use of pesticides. The dry white is a popular offering at wine tastings, with a nose dominated by citrus and tropical fruits. Lime, peach, and apple present in the mouth, with just enough sweetness to balance out the aciditygiving it a clean, fresh finish.
